I'm working on a call flow where I would like to send "overflow" phone calls to a third party. When these calls are transferred, the wrap-up code is blank. I would like to assign a wrap-up code of "transferred" to the calls, but haven't had any luck with Setting the Participant data and updating the wrap-up code using architect. The flow looks like the attached image. Any suggestions? Is this possible? Thanks!

Hello,
Instead of the Set Participant Data and Update Data you have in your flow, before the transfer to the external number, use the "Set Wrapup Code". This action is in Toolbox - Flow - Set Wrapup Code. I have just tried it and my call (transferred to external number) appears with that Wrap-Up code in the Performance - Interactions view.
