    For those of you who use the chat feature to communicate with your customers, how do you handle post chat surveys? Do you have a third party provider that you are using? Is there a way to have the survey pop-up rather than sending customers to another website?

    You may try to use Survey Dynamix from Genesys AppFoundry. It is a third party application. Or you may try to search other survey application in the site.

    Would love to pipe in here. 

    We use Survey Dynamix and I would absolutely recommend them! Great support, awesome options for surveys over multiple channels and customisation. Heaps of updates and always bringing out new things for the platform.

    In case you're not aware - PureCloud will be releasing a web-based survey solution this quarter. Initially it will be a survey invitation sent after a call or email conversation - in an email with link to the survey.  We will also be adding the ability to survey after chat and SMS - targeting Q4 for that.

    The PureCloud web-based survey actually can be used for post interaction surveys on any available channels - call, chat, email and SMS/messaging.   The survey will be sent via email with a web link to the survey.
    It will be releasing this quarter.
