Hello Support Team,
Our app uses JavaScript SDK, we get frequent rate limit errors on postWorkforcemanagementBusinessunitIntraday. Could you please let us know what is the rate limit for this API?
Also, what is the rate limited by, token/user/application/etc?

Hi,
Please see POST /api/v2/workforcemanagement/businessunits/{businessUnitId}/intraday. Click the operation information tab and you will see resource limits for this API. Also checkout rate limits for more info.

The limits defined at the link Michael posted appear to actually not be accurate, I'll put in a ticket to get that corrected internally. In the meantime, the limits for workforce management routes are documented here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/organization/organization/limits#workforce-management
Most of our routes (including the one you're looking for) use the limit defined by the key users.rate.per.minute
