You can't add that to a menu, but in the caller input, you can. You need to set the type to Range, ...

We have audio on IVR press 88 and pound key to hear all listed items when customer press 88 and # it does not work any idea if # is not recognised as termchar?

You can't add that to a menu, but in the caller input, you can. You need to set the type to Range, not exact and use the termination digit as #. This will allow them to enter 88# and then you can have a decision to see if they pressed 88.
