  • 1.  Pound (#) is not Working

    No replies, thread closed.
    We have audio on IVR press 88 and pound key to hear all listed items when customer press 88 and # it does not work any idea if # is not recognised as termchar?​​

    You can't add that to a menu, but in the caller input, you can.  You need to set the type to Range, not exact and use the termination digit as #.  This will allow them to enter 88# and then you can have a decision to see if they pressed 88.
