  • 1.  Power BI accelerators (dashboards and reports): where to get these?

    Hi,

    We are using Cloud and A3S. Just recently started using Power BI and I see in the A3S Resources section there are some pre-built reports and dashboards for Power BI. Do you know where I can access these or how to obtain?

    Thanks Samuel. No I'm not referring to the real-time app and dashboards. I'm referring to historical sample reports/dashboards that the Resources say are available in Tableau and Power BI formats. We have the Tableau samples. Was wanting to get the same files in Power BI format. Here's what I'm referring to in the Resources:

    Hi Robert,

    Its probably worth opening a ticket with Genesys Product Support for the Custom Apps team. They should be able to help with the pre-built templates
