Are you planning to offer a free practice exam for Genesys Cloud: Workforce Management Certification in the near future?

Hi Krzysztof, I can't confirm whether a free practice exam for the Workforce Management certification is planned, since that would need to come from the Genesys education team. The most reliable way to find out is to email education@genesys.com and ask directly.

In the meantime, a good place to start is the certification details page in the Genesys certification catalog. Many certification pages include a study guide and sample questions, so check whether the WFM page has them. The "How to Make Full Use of the Free Practice Exam" post in this community also covers how to use these resources well. And since the WFM exam is scenario-based with a lot of reading, hands-on practice with forecasting, schedules and management units in a Genesys org is the best preparation if you have access to one.

Hi Krzysztof,

In Webassessor you can find a list of free practice exams, including one for Workforce Management.

The only practice exams not currently offered are: Speech and Text Analytics, & Knowledge and GPE & GPR.
