We are just now setting up Gamification in our company. Pretty easy to set up but I have a couple of questions. There is additional data that is captured by Genesys' cloud which we want to add to the list of Metrics, for gamification (such as alert-no answer, sentiment scores...etc) These metrics are not currently set up as a metric under our profile, is there a way I can add it to the list or is it something we would need to wait on Genesys's to update?
