Hello, I've been working on setting predictive engagement live on a few of our websites and looking for some good use cases/best practices specifically regarding content offers on an ecommerce site with limited to no web development. We have tested web messaging and have found a dramatic increase in interactions when we turn on predictive engagement with the additional "Hi there have questions? We're here to help!" popup action map. My web develop team is locked in another project and I don't have anybody available for months.I am attempting to offset the cost of predictive engagement with getting some additional orders placed with content offers from potential customers abandoning their cart.Any feedback, suggestions, use cases, and best practices are greatly appreciated.

Hi - indeed GPE is meant to increase conversion rates: the provisioning is largely low-code/no-code via GC Admin UI, so you shouldn't need to web "developers" to customize the offers: any blocker or is this just about best practices in terms of offer authoring?
