My organization is trying to implement the Predictive Engagement feature of this application. We currently have PureCloud 2 installed. However, it appears that we are missing a few critical links (like the Messenger Configurations, Messenger Deployment, etc.) under the Message tab. We've searched the platform and found articles explaining precisely how to install predictive engagements, but nothing explains how to activate the necessary tabs first. Where would I find information on activating these tabs, or is there another way to implement predictive engagement without utilizing these tabs?
Also, what is the estimated time frame for implementing this feature within a medium-sized organization?
