Hello, I have been running a Benefit analysis for predictive routing. I have been getting results back the past few days. Its been running about 30 days and now, I am unable to see results. When I click on the evaluation, I get the following error. 
Retrying does nothing. Has anybody has this issue? Are there new permissions that need to be added?
Per the Genesys resource center, I am using
- Routing > Assessment > All permissions
- Routing > Key Performance Indicator > View
