    I attempted to use the MakeListAgentScorePair function but keep running into an error (the MakeAgentScorePair function seems to work fine).

    This is my error:
    This seems to be formatted exactly as instructed on https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/transfer-acd-action/

    Any suggestions?

    The example is wrong.

    Get rid of the extra comma after the second FindUserById() statement.

    Probably easier to see as:
    MakeListAgentScorePair(
 MakeList(
  FindUserById("731023c0-16df-48e6-acf7-11659b75c5f1"),
  FindUserById("731023c0-16df-48e6-acf7-11659b75c5f1")
 ),
 MakeList(100,90)
)​
