    Hello,

    I was wondering if there's an option within Architect or something that would allow any key pressed to route a call within an IVR to get to a specific queue, or would I have to set everything option up to point to the same queue ? is this possible ?

    You can set the default menu choice to a menu choice or task that does the transfer to ACD.  The default menu choice is taken if the user does not make a valid selection after the # of times to repeat the menu has been exceeded.  The default # of times is 3.  If you want the user to immediately go to a queue instead of repeating, set the # of times to repeat to 0.
