    Is there a location where we can preview the available Male/Female TTS Voice selections that Purecloud has to offer? I am counting roughly 20 available selections to choose from and would like to be able to hear each one without having to go in and change the IVR each time.

    For the voices from the Genesys TTS engine, sorry you have to change the IVR each time to hear a different voice.  If you're using a 3rd party TTS engine, they usually have a website that lets you sample the voices.  For example https://aws.amazon.com/polly/ or https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech
