    Hi Everyone,

    Is there a possibility to display People Workphone DID instead of campaign Caller ID while using Preview Campaign with Agent Owned Column.

    Hello Arpit,

    If you have the Trunk set to Call Source (Queue/Campaign/User DID) in the Prioritized Caller Selection and you remove the Caller ID for the outbound campaign, it should pass along the agent's DID for the Caller ID info.
