  • 1.  Preview Dialer Calls (End Preview Timeout)

    Does anyone know if there is a way to force the "End Preview" to timeout at the end of a Preview Dialer call? We have issues where agents are completing the calls, ending the call, entering the Wrap Code, but forgetting to click on "End Preview".

    Hi Michelle,

    I do not believe it is currently possible to automatically end a preview.  This is similar to callbacks which I know currently has a new feature in beta.  Not sure if the plan is to include this option for preview calls too?
