Is it possible to not have a primary contact number ?. I have a customer who has Teams and it would appear that in the supervisors contact details that the primary number is defaulting to their teams number and this cannot be changed. This means that when the supervisor active listens the call it goes into Teams and not the webRTC phone. Is there anyway that we can de-select the Teams number as primary and not have a primary number at all ?.
