Hi,
I was playing today with the script which creates/deletes the secondray presence statuses and accidently I have deactivated all the primary statuses including On Queue (so i could not see any in the status panel and could not set myself in Queue). I was able to successfully activate them back again. But just few days ago I have been asked by on of our customer, whether it is possible to disable some of the primary statuses - my answer was no, but looks like technically it is possible.
Is it a bug or a feature?
