    No replies, thread closed.
    Can new primary status's be added? I have some new work types that are back office in nature and I would like to set them up as a primary status rather than secondary if possible.

    Hi Japesh,

    You can only add secondary/sub statuses, not primary statuses. There is no way around this and likely won't ever be an option.
