    Hi guys, I wish to print the email and attachments received from the tool without uploading them. I wish to do as in Outlook. thank

    You are not going to find a way in Genesys to do this. First, the APIs are not great with attachments and file manipulation.  Second, being a web service, connecting to a printer will be challenging.  I suggest you look at something in Office 365 or maybe some sort of document management system that Genesys does have for storing documents.
