    Hello everyone, 

    I know that it is possible to prioritize one queue over another. Is it possible de do the same with a incoming number over another ?

    Actually, you don't prioritize queues, you prioritize interactions.

    There is nothing to stop you assigning calls to (or from) a particular number a higher (or lower) priority than others. How you do it depends a bit on your overall objective.

     I get it, do you confirm that the only possibilty to higher the priority of a given number is in Architect by evolving a given call flow ?
