    Hi there. I am new to Genesys cloud. Was wondering on how to implement a call coming from specific numbers to be prioritized using Data tables.

    Hi Aravind, summary is you'd lookup a data table containing at a minimum the DNIS and a field for the priority.  The priority would become a variable you'd use in the Transfer to ACD task in Architect.
