    Can anyone help me understand the purpose or impact of AgentIndicated in the Prioritized Caller Selection on the External Trunks? What does it do exactly? This is not documented anywhere that I can find.

    Hello Shelby,

    I had to check on that internally. From what I found, our development team is looking to add a new feature but it's not available yet. Part of that new feature has been delayed but the option to choose it was accidentally included. I don't have an ETA of when the feature will be fully available but be sure to keep an eye on the Release Notes page for updates.

    Same here. I came to the Community to try to figure out what that option does since it sounds like it may also help solve an issue for us. I don't have any insider information, but I think it could possibly be related to this idea. It has a lot of votes and says it's 'In Development'.

    I believe the release date for this feature is currently scheduled for the end of November. Keep an eye on the Idea and the Release Notes once the feature goes live!
