  • 1.  Prioritizing Outbound calls over customer callbacks

    I have seen an article on prioritising inbound calls over callbacks from back in 20212 but wondered if it was possible to prioritise outbound calls over callbacks. Customer leads need to be prioritised over any callbacks.

    Hi Richard, 

    I think it depends on how you are making the outbound calls, I found a link to a similar question from a few years ago that might help. Priority outbound calls / scheduled callbacks
