    Hi,

    I am using preview and progressive mode for my campaigns and I am wondering if there is a way to prioritize outbound campaign over inbound flow and callback?

    You can prioritize different campaigns, but the only way to prioritize over the inbound, would be to go through and Outbound Flow and use a transfer to ACD with high priority.
