You can assign a priority in the Transfer To ACD action.
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-up-a-transfer-to-acd-action/One note: a callback created in an in-queue flow keeps the same priority it already had. If you want to create the callback with a different priority, you will need to do another transfer to ACD action with the new priority, then create the callback. You could also create a separate queue for callbacks.

My customer want to prioritize the inbound calls to an agent rather than the outbound calls (either initiated by outbound Campaign or a callback)
The agents are assigned to both outbound campaign and Queues to handles inbound calls
Please let me know if we can apply this priority in Purecloud ?
