  • 1.  Priority Call Routing

    In our current solution, we have the ability to prioritize a call coming in from a specific internal extension such that it always goes to the front of the queue and is answered by the next available agent.  Is there a way to do that in the Genesys solution?

    The transfer to acd action has a priority field you can set.
