I understand this is what ACD and queues are for, but has anybody figure out a way to add a priority to calls entering a ring group?
I have a use case where I have calls sitting in a virtual (no agents) queue, and every 10 seconds it tries a ring group. The problem is the first call that gets an answer in a ring group gets their call delivered, even if they were "waiting' In that virtual queue for longer.
