Hi Vaun,
Did you end up finding a solution for this? I was just looking for references to customer SIP Headers in the forum and saw your post.
There is already a *67 prefix dialing method -
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/external-trunk-settings/ go to the section Identity \ Outbound.
Alternatively you can try to come to an agreement with your carrier that if you send them From: <sip:
anonymous@domain.com> they use a header transformation rule in their SBC/SIP Server to add in the P-Asserted-Identity: header and Privacy:ID header for you. You can then use the outbound Calling Address transformation rules in Identity to set a subset DID range to be converted to sip:
anonymous@domain.com to automatically set anonymous for some users/queues with specific DIDs.

Subject: Privacy header for SIP Trunk
Our BYOC Cloud carrier requires us to set a Static User Data header "Privacy" to "Id" in order for them to block showing Caller ID on outbound calls. The problem is that we have some use cases where we actually do want that displayed.
Is there any way of adding Static User Data headers on a per-call basis?
