Genesys Cloud - Main

We recently setup a company that we acquired on Genesys and in the last few weeks with call evaluations. As of yesterday, when doing evaluations, they had the below comment sections within the scoring section, and today it only says overall comments. Is anyone else seeing this? Or know why it would happen? We checked permissions with other teams, and they all have the options shown below.

Did you manage to resolve this?  I can't see a specific permission for the comments.
