Good Morning. We want to load a list of phone numbers that start with +594 to send them by another outgoing route different from the rest, the numbers with prefix of +594 will be sent by the trunk with a SIP +593 package that is the correct one To make calls from Ecuador . Only the +594 is being used as an identifier and differentiator to send it through another output route.
We have a problem activating a campaign with a contact list that has phone numbers that begin with the prefix +594 as it seems that the connection has been lost and the calls and interactions icon is red.
The call loses the audio, but we must help validate the reason for the missed session error in some opportunities and why the call and interaction icons are placed in red. This only happens if the Contact List is loaded in the telephone column with prefix +594 because if it has the normal prefix, the calls are output correctly. And I already have the dial plan configured so that I can route to the trunk I want.

    Regards,

Do you already have a ticket open with Support? You will probably have to have them look at Edge logs to see what is happening for sure.

You can see the SIP logs (Wireshark trace captured by the Edge) by turning on the Protocol Capture under Diagnostics on the trunk, then accessing those logs from the Edge configuration in Admin > Telephony > Edges.
