Hello,
Currently, I am working on configuring automated workflows using Process Automation in Genesys Cloud. The final objective is to make a request to my backend when a user is deleted from the organization. However, while reviewing the topicNames, I couldn’t find one specifically related to the event of user deletion within our organization. I would like to know if it’s possible to set up a trigger for this event, and if so, how we should structure the JSON to create it.

Hello,
There is no such event/topic. No event is raised when a user is deleted.
You can check the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal to see if others have requested something like this. If not, you can submit a new idea (feature request) and share your use case.
