Just so all of you know. Past few days i saw i curious bug related to prompts, if you create the prompt and dont set the acceptable atributtes for .WAV .

You can upload it, it will play, but when you set it on Architect, you will receive an error related to "Main sequence", in this case it could be the audio file that you uploaded 😀.

    (Posting for the badge😁)

haha, posting for the badge (I need to do that as well some time, gotta find a bug to make a post now haha)

But seriously, that seems odd and very worrying.. I don't think architect should accept the upload if there is something wrong with the file.
Even worst, if it plays the file after uploading on architect, but only fails when actually trying to play it on a call flow.

Can you share what exactly was wrong with the .wav file attributes?

I dont remember the exact default attributes, but the audio frequency "Hz" was 44khz if i'm not mistaken. And the maximum is 11khz.

"Architect has tested and supports uploading prompt audio files in the following .wav audio file formats:

    • 11,025 Hz 16 bit PCM
    • 8,000 Hz 16 bit PCM
    • 11,025 Hz 8 bit PCM
    • 11,025 Hz µ-Law
    • 8,000 Hz 8 bit PCM
    • 8,000 Hz µ-Law
    • 11,025 Hz 4 bit ADPCM
    • 8,000 Hz 4 bit ADPCM
    • 11,025 Hz GSM 06.10
    • 8,000 Hz GSM 06.10"

    Got it!

Well, the documentation specifies the valid formats, but it's a shame that it's possible to upload the files even with the wrong attributes, which then makes it seem that the files are fine and should work.

But thanks for the information, that's good to keep in mind!
