    Hey Everyone, 

    A few weeks back I had a question about running several different TTS language sequences (we're using Polly) together in a single audio sequence so that callers could be informed of varying language options in the same menu... press one for German and two for French, but each in their own language. 

    Turns out you can't do that, so I figured out I could actually create .wav files of those individual audio snips and edit them together so they all play together in one sequence. 

    Now i'm running into a situation where a call flow with several different languages in it can only play an audio file with the language tag of that specific language assigned to it. We have ten different languages in this use case, and the prompt editor will only let me add five... which seems to indicate that only five different language prompts can be used in a given org.

    Is that right? I feel like with all the language options available, that there must be a way to deal with this.

    This reference indicates that only five languages are displayed at a time... but what if you support more than five languages in total?

    Did you add all the required languages in the flow's Settings>Supported Languages?

    I configured nine different languages on one of my flows, and all nine show up in the Audio Sequence dialog when I go to configure prompts within a Task.

    Just because the Prompts tab is limited to five languages does not limit you from adding/modifying prompts for as many languages as you need in the Audio Sequence dialog.

    Yes... they're in there. It's a little wonky... when you go to add a prompt it doesn't give you (far as i can tell) an option to specify a language. But if you do it directly from the audio sequence menu in the call flow, it works that way.

    Yes, sir.

    I've found over the past 30 years or so, most comparable software packages work about the same...you just need to learn the quirks of the one you're currently using, eh? :-)
