This may be where the problem is occurring.
I am using Amazon Polly Neural TTS, downloading the MP3 file, converting in an online audio converter, then uploading to Genesys.
I have converted the audio file at the rate you suggested and have tried others, but the quality still drops once loaded into Genesys.
Unless you can recommend a different process for this? Or different audio converter?
I know amazon polly has an integration on Genesys, but this was the only "cost free" way of achieving this.
Thanks for the assistance.

Subject: Prompt quality - WAV file
Good morning,
When uploading new prompts to the Genesys system, the quality seems to dip and sound muffled once uploaded to Genesys.
The quality of the recording is clear before uploading, so the issue appears to be once I upload the prompt to Genesys.
I am uploading WAV files.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? The quality of these prompts are not good enough for the IVR and as I make more changes to the IVR the overall quality is going to decrease.
Many thanks,
