Hello,

We are attempting to update sub_type_settings through TF and are getting random errors for invalid values when running 'terraform apply'.

No errors in terraform Plan (other than that it seems to do what we call a "parameter shuffle" - re-organizing the parameter order for no apparent reason - different subject), displaying the following:

Then, when we run 'terraform apply', we get the same output, then it displays "Still modifying..." for 5 minutes, then errors our not liking one of the parameters at random, 2 examples below.

We have also done a Terraform Export, and all those values are coming back fine in the exported TF file, so we don't understand what we need to do here.

This may be a consistency checker issue.

could you try set the environment variable `export BYPASS_CONSISTENCY_CHECKER=true` and if possible send me the resource you are trying to create so i can reproduce it on my end.

Thank you, the option seems to be working.

Sending our log privately.

Would it please be possible to look into why it takes 5 minutes per object when there is an error?

Also, we don't want to keep this option long-term, as we'd like to take advantage of the Provider validations.
