    I am new to PureCloud, i  wonder if anyone can share the details how to Provision PureCloud Voice on a AudioCodes 420HD phone..The docs show only how to config  a polycom not Audio codes..

    If you read through the whole article at:
    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/managed-phones-models-and-features-matrix/
    you will notice that the 420HD is not supported for Cloud Deployment Model(CDM), which includes PureCloud Voice.

    I checked to be sure, and we definitely do not support AudioCodes 420HD with PureCloud Voice. Polycom phones have the needed security for the setup, but there is still work to be done for AudioCodes.

    Nor can you use a local edge for the phones and cloud edges for PureCloud Voice (hybrid model). Work is in progress, but not available at this time.

    It would probably be best to work with a Solutions Consultant or Solutions Architect to figure out the best options (go through Sales for those resources).
