Hello,

I have found these information concerning the softphone provisioning: 

- From SoftPhone To Internet : TCP/443/HTTPS & TCP/80/HTTP

- From SoftPhone To Edge : TCP/8088/HTTP
                                              TCP/8089/HTTPS
                                              TCP/80/HTTP
                                              TCP/443/HTTPS

My questions is : in which case the Softphone is Using the Edge & Internet for Provisionning ?

Should we open both ports To Internet & Edge ?

I am interested in this subject.
It depends of the phone trunk configuration no ? 

I would like to do a softphone provisioning with an external internet access, help is welcome.
For now, i use webrtc to call from an other place.
