    If we make an update to a publish scheduled, does the notification of the change go only to the agent impacted by the change or to all agents?  For example training added for Jane Doe.

    Only the first 1,000 agents whose schedules were changed will receive a notification of changes.

    When republishing one schedule with an update, is the notification of schedule change sent only to the one agent?

    If the one agent's schedule is the only one that is modified on the republish, then yes.
