    Is it planned to have a Pause Recording method available so we can pause audio and screen recordings when this feature is released?

    We do plan to provide the ability synch secure pause of screen with audio - however it may not be a feature available GA. If that is the case - we would need to advise customers with PCI concerns to not record agent desktop until such time as the secure pause can be used with screen recording.

    Unless I am mistaken, your questions was also about being able to pause calls being recorded. If you want to pause audio recordings (not screen recordings), you already can. See this project for an example.

    It uses PATCH /conversations/calls/{callid}'s recordingState property.

    What is the timeline for Secure Pause via the API to include pausing the screen recording? Have a customer interested with this requirement. Thanks!
