    Hi Everyone,

    As I mentioned in my blog post about the integration between PureCloud/Genesys' products and Microsoft Teams, setting up SIP and telephony connections is an important aspect of the work.  We have created the attached PDF to provide an example include detailed steps of how we configured the SIP connections for the proof-of-concept work on the overall integration as a reference point for customers to start reviewing.  This configuration is possible today using the existing capabilities of PureCloud's BYOC and Teams' Direct Routing options.
