Good morning community!
I would like to know if some of you have experienced troubles with Telephony Metrics Dashboards not showing labels while using PureCloud Desktop for Mac.
Every time I try to use the Desktop app and configure the telephony metrics dashboards, the dashboards loads properly showing the traffic of VoIP calls, bandwidth usage, call counts, etc. However, all the Dashboard labels are empty (dashboards only show colored lines).
This issue only occurs with Desktop app for Mac. If I use any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and even Windows Desktop App on a virtual machine the labels are visible.
Have you experienced this issue as well?
I have no content blockers, nada. Have you found a workaround or a fix to this issue?
