    Regarding PureCloud Edge Device, does it perform the function of a local Session Border Controller for local SIP Trunking?  Or, is a 3rd party SBC vendor recommended for the carrier SIP Trunks?  Thx

    Hello Tony, 

    Normally, there is a 3rd party SBC vendor for carrier SIP Trunks but the key here to allow your Firewall to open the ports and services for the Edge to work.
