    To Monitor a PureCloud Edge - installed physically at the customer site (HW Installation), is there a way how to monitor and afterwards Report the AVAILABILITY of this Edge.

    found the answer ourselfs... got this from Genesys 

    For physical or virtual Edges, we offer the Metrics page within PureCloud (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-telephony-metrics/).  This is only applicable to the org that the Edges are assigned to.  For providers/partners such as yourselves, it is better for you to use the API so that you can monitor Edges across multiple orgs and send the stats into a central monitoring tool.  The API details you require can be found here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/telephonyprovidersedge/index.html
