found the answer ourselfs... got this from Genesys
For physical or virtual Edges, we offer the Metrics page within PureCloud (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-telephony-metrics/). This is only applicable to the org that the Edges are assigned to. For providers/partners such as yourselves, it is better for you to use the API so that you can monitor Edges across multiple orgs and send the stats into a central monitoring tool. The API details you require can be found here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/telephonyprovidersedge/index.html
