    Hey there, 

    I was wondering what would cause an unusually long boot-up time for an edge server, 

    the documentation states it should take anywhere between 5-15 min however I'm going now 40 min plus and still no cloud connectivity


    does anyone have any suggestions?

    I have noticed after a software upgrade  on a Edge device.     I usually will do an additional restart on the Edge if it takes longer that 15 minutes., which usually correct the problem.
