The PureCloud documentation features icons that are familiar to PureCloud. For example, the edge devices, agents, logos, etc, some are featured in:
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/single-core-architecture/Other companies (Microsoft/Cisco,AWS, etc) make their icons available in Visio templates to be downloaded and included in design documentation.
Does Genesys offer the same, please?
