Thanks for posting this. It's interesting that we may have the same problem. We had a data action working fine until 11 am (EDT) on May 6. Somehow that data action was linked to use a "inactive" integration config. Therefore it stopped working. And the previous config was gone for unknown reason! Nobody form our organization touched that area.
We had to make that inactive config "active" again to fix it. That config had been inactive for half a year.
We don't know what caused the changes.

Update*** strangely*** working again after turning on the PureClud Data Actions to 'Active' status. Never used this before and has been in-active since 2017 for us. so when i turned it active, it works. Strangely, its been inactive all this while and we've never had a problem.
btw, this checks the agent availability.

We have incoming calls that are offered to agents but simply drops out. Anyone else has this issue today? Is that something I can do to check our network?
