Howdy. We use the iframe on the interactions page to open a web app after a chat is answered by an agent. Up until recently, the iframe opened up on the interactions page on the far right (took up about a third of the screen). Sometime recently that changed. It seems to be hidden by default and you have to unhide it to open full screen.
Anyone else notice this? Wondering if I missed an announcement about a UI change and if there is a way to bring back the previous behavior.

Well. Of course, as soon as I post this we don't see the behavior any more...
