A combination of both because there will be times that we will have to compare and contrast the statistics. For sure there are issues which at times affect the entire US region, but given that we are not using those services, it does not affect us, or we are not affected because the availability zone our services are operating upon is not affected. So we will be operating at 100%. For example, just recently, the issue dealing with No Answer Time out, even though it affected the entire US, we did not experience that in our Organization. For sure we will looking for Degraded Operations, Partial Outages, Outages as well as uptime statistics.

Yes this is going to be included in the metrics on the quality of services provided by Genesys, in terms of notification. This is a very useful tool. However, the information therein is for the entire us-east-1 region. It does not specifically relates to our specific environment.

I am in the process of creating the KPI for our organization vis a vis PureCloud. Can anyone share what type of KPI they have used, can be used or would be great to use in accessing PureCloud? For the time being, I am looking at those metrics, which will be a deal breaker or appealing to senior managers.
