Hi,
We are using PureCloud .Net sdk to get presence change events in our application. All the presence change events are received immediately. But the offline status - which is triggered when the user Logs out of Genesys PureCloud desktop app or web app, the offline status is received after some 30 seconds from the time when the user logs out.
We are receiving this Offline status update when we subscribe to the "presence" events.
May we know why this delay of 30 seconds is there when we receive the Offline presence change event when the user logs out?

I believe this is intentional to ensure that there aren't other clients online for the user at the same time that might keep their state active. Keep in mind that logging out of one session does not affect other sessions a user may be connected to.
